Made-in-China.com recently organized a series of offline activities as part of the Amazing April event, the largest B2B sales event in the first half of the year. During the event, Made-in-China.com participated in SaigonTex 2023, the largest and most influential textile, fabric, and garment exhibition in Vietnam, and also held the Selected Sourcing Connect (SSC) business activity for Vietnamese buyers.

SaigonTex 2023, which opened on April 5th, is the only UFI certified exhibition of its kind in Vietnam, and this year it attracted more than 1,300 exhibitors from around the world, including Made-in-China.com as an important exhibitor.

At SaigonTex 2023, Made-in-China.com shared the space with textile industry companies from Zhejiang, Jiangsu, and other provinces to showcase their products and comprehensive strength. Made-in-China.com’s strategically located booth prominently displayed advertisements that caught the attention of many attendees. “Many buyers can easily identify Made-in-China.com’s booth and then ask us about our products and prices.” said the head of a Suzhou fabric company.

In order to facilitate trade between buyers and suppliers, Made-in-China.com held SSC in Vietnam after the SaigonTex. SSC is a major series of offline activities organized by Made-in-China.com to help companies expand their markets. By providing high-quality procurement needs matching and efficient one-on-one direct connection, it enhances the efficiency of both sides of the procurement and supply.

The SSC in Vietnam attracted local buyers from various fields, such as textiles, agricultural and industrial manufacturing. After collecting procurement requirements and detailed form information from Vietnamese buyers, Made-in-China.com initiated big data matching to identify the most suitable suppliers. Made-in-China.com then conducted manual precision communication to confirm the detailed information, ensuring that both buyers and suppliers participating in SSC were of high quality and accurately matched.

At the SSC in Vietnam, Made-in-China.com staff demonstrated products on-site, while suppliers shared product information online via video connections, allowing both buyers and suppliers to communicate in real-time with zero distance and zero time difference. Although it is the first SSC activity of Amazing April, five big buyers reached cooperation with Made-in-China.com’s suppliers, with an expected purchase amount of 23 million US dollars.

Lei Li, CEO of Made-in-China.com, said that Made-in-China.com has been committed to efficiently matching business opportunities for global buyers and Chinese suppliers, providing one-stop services to promote cross-border trade for both sides. This year, Made-in-China.com will hold SSC in 18 countries, allowing procurement to take place right at the “doorstep” of buyers and making it easier for buyers to find reliable suppliers and high-quality products.

This trip to Vietnam is part of Made-in-China.com’s Amazing April dual-line series of business activities. Made-in-China.com will also travel to Hungary, Germany, and other places to expand online traffic and carry out “Platform + International Exhibition + SSC” business model to allow SMBs to source anytime and from anywhere, reducing costs and increasing their competitive edge.
